Our History

More than just a conference, Women on the Frontlines has become a place of rich spiritual encounter and transformation for thousands of women.
Since our first event in 1997, we have continued to expand our vision, working to empower, equip, mobilize and connect women.

Women on the Frontlines began in 1997 as the dream child of James Goll and his late wife Michal Ann Goll. They desired to gather trail-blazers of the faith and impart the life and power of Christ into an emerging generation of women who would change the world. After Michal Ann Goll passed, James Goll invited Patricia King to oversee the vision. After hosting five WOFL events in Phoenix, the baton was officially passed to Patricia King of Patricia King Ministries as director of Women on the Frontlines with James Goll remaining as the Founder and Advisor. In 2019, Patricia King commissioned Wendy Peter as the new director for Women on the Frontlines Global.

Women on the Frontlines (WOFL) is committed to empowering, equipping, mobilizing, and connecting Christian women. Through our conferences, training events, outreaches, and missions projects women receive encouragement, equipping, and impartation. The movement carries a dynamic prophetic and apostolic flavour and calls women to engage in radical commitment, character, and service in the Kingdom of God. We embrace and build on all seven mountains/frontlines of influence (Religion, Media, Government, Education, Business, Family, Arts and Entertainment)—releasing the glory of God’s grace and presence in the earth.
