Our Mission and Core Values

Our mission is to Empower, Equip, mobilize, and Connect women around the globe in service to Christ in Building God’s Kingdom. We live this out through our core values which we uphold and practice in our community together.

1. A Life of Radical Service

   We call women to a life of radical service and create a culture of service and sacrifice in our community as we build God’s Kingdom together. This included calling women to live out a lifestyle of righteousness and holiness.

2. Authentic Relationships

We believe in living out authentic relationships by practicing empathy, transparency, honesty, accountability, and loyalty in order to create an emotionally safe community for women to grow and serve in.

3. Building Healthy Women

We believe in building healthy women in every aspect of their lives. So we offer support and development in areas of physical, mental, emotional, doctrinal and spiritual health.

4. Inclusive

We believe it is not enough to equip and train women. We believe in creating accessible onramps into places of destiny. We do this by providing women with opportunities to be seen, heard, and known and find their place to serve within our organization if that is where they feel called. We believe in breaking the “bottle neck” of elite leaders who don’t make room for others. We want every woman to have a seat at the table as we build a community of geuine sisterhood.

5. Fueled by the Spirit

Everything we do is Jesus-centered, birthed in prayer, and fuelled by the spirit. We call women to live lives that are in step with and led by the holy spirit, demonstrating His gifts, power, and character in every area of life.
