Wendy Peter

Director of WOFL Global

I am the apostolic leader of Women on the Frontlines globally. I am responsible for the overall oversight and direction of the ministry.

I believe that we are created to live outside of fear and inside of our dreams. I’ve given my life to this idea, and everything I do flows out of this belief. Whether I’m standing in front of a crowd of women or stepping onto a train in a foreign nation, I try to live each day as alive, connected, and unencumbered.  I spend my time inspiring, coaching teaching, and empowering others to break free from the limitations and beliefs that have heard them back.  I am passionate above all about living from a place of intimacy with God and authenticity with others.  I am building Women on the Frontlines into a global movement of women who want to make a difference. I am married to Murray and enjoy doing life with my adult children.

I love getting to know each of our partners personally.

Vita Panico

European Director & Assistant Global Director

I'm Vita and I am an author, a minister, a business person and a dog mom. I am single and do not have any children. However, I do have many nieces, nephews and god-children who I adore. I come from a big Italian family. I grew up working in my parent's business and have run the operations side of the business (through many transitions within the same industry) for over 20 years. I am passionate about prayer and mostly from the aspect of understanding the authority that Jesus died so that we could access and operate in. I wrote a book called Gatekeepers Arise and it is about that very topic. Guarding and protecting all the gates over our own spheres of influence. I am a minister and a teacher and I love everything about my role with Women on the Frontlines. I have recently (January 2024) moved to Italy to help develope Women on the Frontlines in Europe.

Ruth Mangiacapre

WOFL Director USA

I am so honored to be the United  States director of Women on the frontlines. I was born in New York and moved to North Carolina in 1989. I have been in full time ministry since 1999 serving as women’s ministry director, associate pastor, itinerant prophetic minister and missionary. Prophetic mentoring, equipping, and intercession are my passions. I love to see women equipped and mobilized to be influential voices and world changers.

I love the presence of the Lord and the move of Holy Spirit!

God has graced my life with wonderful children and grandchildren,  and beautiful friendships. I am recently widowed after 40 years to a soul winning amazing husband.

I strongly value relationships, integrity and time spent in the secret place. Together we will build an army of warriors and leaders through spirit led gatherings, teaching and empowerment! I can’t wait to see what God will do in our beautiful nation!

Lori Dunn

WOFL Operations Director.

As our operations director I want to act as a catalyst, bringing change to lives of women by drawing out the passion God placed inside of them.  Throughout my journey I have found people heal and become who they are created to be within authentic relationship and community and finding their place and grace to serve. I have a heart for the “misfits” that do not fit into a typical mold of society and believe they have a unique calling on their lives to effect change in all 7 mountains of influence.  I serve as a prophetic and relational healer in our organization that helps individuals and families find the way back to God along with finding His purpose for their lives.

I am married to my husband Eric.  We have 4 adult children, 2 daughters in love, and a granddaughter.

Stephanie Israelson
WOFL Canada Director

From the Maritimes, Canada, Stephanie is an award winning recording artist and worship revivalist! Stephanie has led worship for Women on the Frontlines since 2020 and is now Canadian Director. “My spare time is spent enjoying my family as wife, mom and newest joy being gramma! I am called to stir and ignite Holy Spirit Fire in the hearts of worshippers through Throneroom worship and apostolic ministry.” Stephanie leads an incredible team of prophetic musicians and worshippers. Their goal is to shift regions into revival through anointed worship and intercession.

Sharon Reynolds

WOFL Director New Zealand.

I am the National Director for WOFL New Zealand.  I am Māori and of Ngāti Kahangunu and Te Arawa descent (indigenous to New Zealand).

I live in a small rural town located in the South Island of New Zealand with my husband Craig. I am an accomplished artist and author and enjoy all things creative. My heart is to see women unite to raise a voice so strong among the nations that it is heard all around the world, and to see those held in oppressive conditions empowered, encouraged, set free and healed. I am excited for this new era of Women on the Frontlines expanding into the nations uniting women to not only help their sisters from the floor to the door, but to walk with them through it into all God has called them to be.
